Cara isso e problema na placa de video, seu pc e muito antigo e a placa onboard não consegue aguentar o minecraft. Eu apostaria em alguma incompatibilidade com o OpenGL do minecraft, Tente ver se a opção OpenGL Avançado esta ativa e desative a mesma.

windows xp = / baxa uma iso e instala o 7 q da menos defeito e e bom e mt facil de crackear voltando a sua duvida atualiza o java drivers (site do fabricante) e da um jeito no seu so (minecraft n usa o directx então informação não nessesária)
